Plutocrats'
puppets continue their theatrical performance over the Greek ruins
that have created. Suddenly, the IMF decided to play the role of the
"good guy". The Fund came with a new proposal in the
supposed negotiations quite "radical" for its "principles".
As the Wall Street Journal reported
: “The IMF wants eurozone countries to accept long delays in the
repayment of Greece’s bailout loans, which would fall due in the
period from 2040 to 2080 under the proposal, according to officials
familiar with the talks. The IMF is also pressing for Greece’s
interest rate on its eurozone loans to be fixed for 30 to 40 years at
its current average level of 1.5%, with all interest payments
postponed until loans start falling due.” Of course, the IMF
knew from the start that neither Berlin nor Brussels would be
possible to accept such a deal.
Indeed, very
quickly, the German Minister of Finance, Wolfgang Schäuble, who
appears to have been taken the role of the "bad guy"
permanently, rushed to reject
the proposal as he “has repeatedly argued
that he will not ask the German Parliament for changes to the bailout
program that was agree upon after much effort and deliberation last
summer.” A very bad performance this time. He should wait for a
while in order to put some agony in the theatrical play. It was too
obvious.
Little
later, through Handelsblatt,
he appeared to be "willing to ease up on Greek debts, but not
until after the 2017 general elections." These are the
routine games by Schäuble and many European and IMF officials, back
and forth, without really any substance, but only for the purpose to
disorientate. Besides, the ease of the debt is the last thing that
bothers them.
The previous theatrical play by the Brussels bureaufascists, the
Berlin directorate and the IMF economic hitmen, was played on the
occasion of Greece's debt restructure. Again, this is not the key
issue, they do not care about it. They just using it to give
something to Tsipras in order to justify the complete destruction of
the Greek economy, through the measures they impose.
The
contrived disagreements and artificial conflicts among the
plutocrats' representatives is not a new tactic of disorientation. As
mentioned in previous article
already since 2012, the contrived disagreements between the troika
representatives are “used to give the impression that the troika
representatives often take decisions independently due to their
knowledge and experience, and that they express freely their
disagreements, and also, that there is no group of specific interests
at least in a European level that promotes specific policies by
guiding them. The disagreements have passed currently at a higher
level between the European creditors and IMF, in order to justify the
supposed different approaches of the creditors.”
The timing
is quite convenient for the puppets as the new government of the ...
mutated Left is very
useful in absorbing the public anger. There are no alternatives in
the current opposition which mostly represents the old political
establishment that ruined Greece. This establishment of course is
absolutely aligned with the creditors, as it is fanatically attached
to the "euro or death" doctrine.
Thus,
Schäuble continues to play the role of the "bad guy", IMF
is changing positions rapidly, various "proposals" appear
frequently in the supposed "negotiations", only for the
purpose of giving false hopes to the Greek citizens that there is a
real conflict somewhere between the creditors and that something is
going to change. There is no such a thing in reality because we've
already pointed many times that the details of the Greek experiment
have been already determined and that the only target for the puppets
is to complete it in order to be transfered to the rest of the
eurozone. We can see already the cruel anti-labor measures that the "Socialist" and ally of
Tsipras, François Hollande, is trying to pass in France, which is
literally in flames due to people's anger. Therefore, in essence we
have already memorandum conditions not only for the eurozone
periphery, but also for its hard core.
Meanwhile,
the reality is what the Greek people experience. Just look what
happened since 2012. With or without Tsipras, through willing MPs or
not, through financial coups and closed banks, through loyal to the
big interests officials in key positions and governments of
technocrats, the plutocrats' puppets are passing all the measures
they want. Yet, they continue their theatrical plays for the Greek
public which, unfortunately, even inside this landscape of absolute
destruction, insists to believe on the illusion that there is still
hope inside euro.
If you want
to see the real picture behind the scene, all you have to do is to
remember that IMF's Poul Thomsen and Delia Velculescu, head of the
IMF mission to Greece, have been caught thinking the possibility of
the IMF to stage a Draghi-type “credit event” that could force
Greece to the edge of bankruptcy, using the pretext of the Brexit
referendum, according to recent WikiLeaks
revelations.
Which proves
that the neoliberal taliban are thinking the same way, have the same
"ideology", the same targets and serve the same bosses,
whether are located in Brussels, Berlin or Washington.
